ML cost intelligence for organizations operating at scale

Built for ML platforms running $500K+ per month in AI and ML infrastructure across multiple AWS accounts, business units, and teams. Guided implementation, custom integrations, dedicated support, and quarterly business reviews — aligned to how your finance, engineering, and FinOps teams actually work.

Starting at $20,000/mo · Annual contracts · Custom scoping

Beyond what self-serve Monitoring is built for

If your environment looks like this, the standard tiers won't cover what you need.

SCALE

$500K+/mo in ML & AI infrastructure

Your ML compute, GPU fleet, SageMaker, Bedrock, and LLM API spend is large enough that 1% of waste is a six-figure annual line item. Cost intelligence pays for itself in the first quarter.

COMPLEXITY

Multiple AWS accounts & business units

You operate across 5+ accounts, multiple Organizations OUs, or shared platform accounts serving multiple teams. You need cost attribution that reflects how your business is actually structured.

GOVERNANCE

FinOps, Finance, and ML teams aligned

You need executive-grade reporting for finance, granular attribution for engineering, and unified governance across both. Off-the-shelf reporting templates don't fit your reporting calendar.

INTEGRATION

Custom data pipelines & warehouse integration

Your cost data needs to flow into Snowflake, Databricks, Looker, or your internal data warehouse. You need APIs, scheduled exports, and pipelines built around your existing stack.

Everything in Scale, plus the work that doesn't ship in self-serve

Guided implementation

Hands-on onboarding across all your AWS accounts. We map your environment, configure attribution to your team and project structure, and validate the data with you before go-live.

Custom integrations

API access, custom data pipelines, and integration with your data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks). Cost data flows where your existing dashboards already live.

Dedicated support with SLA

Named support contact, response-time SLAs, Slack Connect or shared channel, and quarterly health checks. Not a ticket queue.

Quarterly business reviews

A working session every quarter covering savings realized, optimization roadmap, upcoming priorities, and stakeholder alignment between your finance, engineering, and platform teams.

Multi-account & OU governance

Aggregate cost intelligence across your AWS Organization, with per-account, per-OU, and per-team views. Role-based access aligned to how your teams are structured.

Advanced Kubernetes attribution

Full cost breakdown for containerized ML workloads, including GPU-accelerated training and inference, across EKS clusters, namespaces, and labels.

Custom anomaly thresholds & alerts

Anomaly detection tuned to your environment's normal variance. Alerts routed to PagerDuty, Slack, email, or your existing on-call system.

Executive-ready reporting

Branded reporting tailored to your board, finance leadership, and engineering reviews. Output formats matched to your existing reporting cadence.

Optimization advisory

Beyond automated recommendations: working sessions with our team to prioritize, scope, and implement specific optimizations. We help you ship savings, not just identify them.

Annual contract pricing

Annual commit pricing with predictable line-item budgeting. Custom scoping based on your account count, ML spend volume, and integration requirements.

When you outgrow Scale

Most ML platforms graduate from Scale to Enterprise when they cross $500K/mo in spend, add multi-account governance, or need data warehouse integration.

Built for the security review your team will run

🔒

Read-Only Access

We never modify your infrastructure. Read-only IAM role with least-privilege permissions, scoped to billing and ML services.

CloudFormation Deploy

One-click CloudFormation template you can review, customize, and deploy through your existing change-management process.

🔑

No Long-Lived Credentials

AWS STS temporary sessions only. No access keys stored, no long-lived credentials in our database.

🛡

Tenant Isolation

Your data is logically isolated and encrypted at rest and in transit. SOC 2 Type II compliance on our roadmap.

Common Enterprise questions

What does Enterprise actually cost?

Enterprise pricing starts at $20,000/mo and scales based on your ML spend volume, account count, and integration requirements. We'll scope a price specific to your environment during the discovery call. Annual contracts only.

How long does implementation take?

Typical Enterprise implementations run 2–6 weeks from contract to full go-live, depending on the number of AWS accounts, the complexity of your custom integrations, and the depth of historical data you want analyzed. We work to your schedule, not ours.

Do you support our procurement process?

Yes. We support standard MSAs, custom DPA terms, security questionnaires (CAIQ, SIG), and procurement-led security reviews. We're SOC 2 Type II in progress.

Can you integrate with our data warehouse?

Yes. We support direct integration with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, and any warehouse you already operate. Cost data flows on a schedule you set, in formats your existing dashboards consume.

How is Enterprise different from Scale?

Scale is self-serve software at $7,500/mo for environments up to $500K/mo in ML spend. Enterprise adds guided implementation, custom integrations, dedicated support with SLA, optimization advisory, and quarterly business reviews. If you need any of those, you've outgrown Scale.

Can we start with Scale and upgrade?

Absolutely. Many Enterprise customers start on Scale to validate the platform on a subset of their environment, then expand to Enterprise once they're ready to roll out across all accounts and teams. We'll prorate any unused Scale time toward your Enterprise contract.
